First time in the maze
So I know there was a recent post about Tory skiing for the first time – and there’s no doubt that he was on a pair of skis that day, and gravity was doing its thing – but today the little man hit the big time and rode his first chair lift.
As you can tell from the, we mostly held him as we came down, but the last couple of runs we could let go somewhat and just hold onto the harness. He kinda understood what ‘make a pizza’ meant, but overall didn’t really get it. The important thing was that he had a lot of fun – ‘again, daddy, ski again.’

It seems like overnight Tory became a little boy. You don’t notice until you have a second, and remember how little and non-functional they were. It’ll be fun to watch Tegan go through the same learning curve.
