    westfield, summit and chthaam are still selling briskly. you are seeing more price reductions though. example. one house in westfield started at $699k, then after 14 days dropped to $679k then after another 30 days dropped to $659k and now in contract. seems many sellers are setting their prices 5-10% above what the market will bear initially then slowing adjusting down. i guess not a bad play if you get out of the gate early and have some time to adjust to market demand during peak season.
