Last winter, Kari and I partnered with Mel and Jarrett to purchased a lot near Eagle Point ski resort. It’s a bare half acre in the Tusher mountains covered in trees and accessed by a dirt road. The plan is to eventually build a cabin and have a place to ski and snowmobile away from the busy Park City tourist season.
This was our first trip to see the lot since we bought it. We wanted to checkout the property as well as see what the surrounding area had to offer. Trey joined us and we spent the first hour or so shoveling out a flat spot to camp, and cleared out a nice space for a kitchen. We hiked the next day and explored our new neighborhood.
