We’ve done quite a bit of camping with the kids, but up to now it’s been of the car-based variety. We decided to change that in August with an overnight in the Uintas.
Tory and I slept in bivy’s, and after waking to a drizzle and cold kids, we were forced out too early. It was a lot of work for what we got, but it was all worth it.
